Tips to Whiten your Teeth

Your smile is the first thing that people will notice. Shouldn’t you make sure thus that your smile sparkles? Here is what you can do:

1. Brush: Make sure you brush your teeth twice a day without fail. Brush your teeth and then floss. For those with stained teeth, there are home whitening strips to remove those stains.

2. Checkups: Visit the doctor every six months without fail. You can also go for teeth whitening methods if you have the extra money.

3. Diet: Watch your diet because there are many foods that can contribute to the staining of your teeth. Soy sauce, blueberries, red wine, grape juice, cola, tea, and coffee are just a few of them. Take it easy on these foods thus. If you are drinking or eating these foods, make sure you brush immediately afterwards.

4. Smoking: Along with everything else, smoking harms your teeth too. Stop smoking!
