We all develop unhealthy habits but some of these are not just unhealthy but also very stupid. If you can’t let go all of them, you should at least start with the stupid ones because they really are very stupid! Read on and you’ll know we are right:

  1. Staying up late and then waking up early: Why, why would you do this? If you sleep late you must wake up late as well but with our jobs and routines, I don’t think that is possible. So, why not try sleeping early and resting? If you don’t give your body the rest it deserves it will not function properly.
  2. Dehydration: This one, for me, tops the stupidity chart. Seriously? You can’t even drink enough water everyday? How difficult is it to carry a water bottle and sip some every now and then? Stupid, stupid!
  3. Not flossing: Oral hygiene doesn’t mean much to you? Do you fancy gum disease? Why can’t you spend 5 minutes to floss then?
  4. Huge handbag: Why do you need to carry just about everything in your bedroom with you? You carry way too much crap. Admit it! You also stuff it in haphazardly, which stresses your back and your shoulder. Really? So stupid!
  5. Fad dieting: There are some women who will choose one fad diet after the other, pushing the body to its limits. The secret to health is a balanced diet. NOT fad dieting all year!
