Do you like wine? Do you sip a few glasses each week? At the same time, are you trying to lose weight? Wine and weight loss don’t go together.

Yes, all of us know already that alcoholic drinks add on calories. A glass of wine now and then won’t do any harm though and we all know that. Little amounts won’t add calories for sure. But that is not what I am talking about.

It has been found that wine can wreck your strict diet. Yes, a glass of wine can make you lose your control and you will end up eating a lot more than you intend to.

This is why nutritionists advice to avoid wine before meals. Do not order wine before your meal. If you want some, order some after meal drinks. Otherwise, you will surely end up eating a lot and then feeling very guilty about it.
