Whether you are having a girl’s night out, a birthday party, or just a dessert for one, chocolate ice-cream makes for a wonderful dessert. Now imagine having chocolate ice-cream in cookie bowls. Sounds too difficult to resist. Truth be told, it IS difficult to resist. Once you learn how to make delicious cookie bowls, you will probably never go back to serving ice-creams in ceramic bowls. Because well ceramic ain’t tasty.

Here’ how you make the bowls:

Step 1: Sprinkle some floor on your kitchen counter and plop the cookie dough onto it.

Step 2: Cut the dough into equal sized rounds (the size of a golf ball each)

Step 3: Roll out the cookie dough using a pin to about ¼ inch thickness.

Step 4: Invert the muffin tin and spray a non-stick spray at the bottom of the tin.

Step 5: Carefully drape the cookie dough over the back of the muffin tin and gently press down on the cookie is pressed against the muffin tin.

Step 6: Place the tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees or until the cookies are golden.

Step 7: Let the tin cool off for 5 minutes and then gently remove the cookie bowls off the tin.

Step 8: Scoop some rich chocolate ice-cream into the bowl, sprinkle your favourite toppings and get set to impress.
